General Questions
What is Tickory?
Tickory is a Binance Spot + Perps scanner. It runs scheduled scan rules and routes matches to Email, Telegram, Discord, and Webhooks.
Tickory is an alerting and monitoring platform. It does not execute trades.
How is Tickory different from chart-by-chart alerts?
- Multi-symbol scanning with one rule set
- Server-side schedules that keep running in the background
- Multi-channel routing with retries and delivery history
- Activity visibility to explain what ran and what matched
Do I need coding experience?
No. Start with Scan Templates or the Visual Builder. Advanced users can write Scan Rules using CEL-style syntax.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan includes:
- 1 active scan
- 60s minimum schedule interval
- 20 alerts/day
- Email alerts

How do I create an account?
- Open tickory.app/join-beta
- Enter your email address and continue to registration
- Create your account with email + password
- Start scanning immediately
Direct signup at tickory.app/register is also available.
What payment methods do you accept?
Via Paddle checkout:

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing → Manage Subscription.
Scans & Rules
How accurate are indicator values?
Tickory uses Binance candles with standard RSI/MA calculations. Values are designed to align with TradingView for the same symbol and timeframe.
What timeframes are supported?

Can I scan multiple exchanges?
Not yet. Tickory currently supports Binance Spot and Binance Perpetuals.

Alerts & Notifications
Why didn't I receive an alert?
Check these:
- Email in spam? Check spam/junk
- Destination configured? Verify alert destinations in your scan
- Daily cap reached? Alerts reset at midnight UTC
- Cooldown active? Same symbol on same scan may be suppressed
- No matches found? Verify latest scan run output
How often will I receive alerts?
Depends on matches, batching, cooldowns, and your per-day cap settings.
Tickory uses hybrid batching to reduce alert noise during bursty runs.
Can I get alerts on my phone?
Yes. Telegram routing is supported on paid tiers.

What are Scan Rules?
Scan Rules are boolean expressions used to decide if a symbol matches. The advanced editor uses CEL-style syntax.
How fast are scans?
Typical runs complete in seconds, depending on active symbol count, rule complexity, and queue load.
Is my data secure?

- Midnight UTC
- Time display in app is local, but reset boundary is UTC
